2A prize package valued at in excess of $2500 is being offered by the Otago Rally for drivers under the age of 26.

The annual “Otago Rally Scholarship” aims to give up-and-coming rally drivers a head start by covering the costs of their entry fee and stage notes, and providing the use of a workshop during the rally.

The driver selected will also receive $500 in cash to go towards the cost of competing in the April 8 to 10 event.

Only one prize is awarded each year, and applications must be submitted to the event by February 21.
